I do the same thing with the eating. I do pretty good at work. But when I get home I'd eat DIRT I'm so hungry! It's hard to make good choices when you'll inhale anything that comes within a meter of your mouth! emoticon I'm doing a challenge where I have to post my daily calories & knowing it's gonna be out there helps me reign it in a bit. Also, what CLEO said is true. Your stomach does start to get smaller & you do get full faster.
Hang in there! Don't get to close to the edge of that wagon.

Thanks for the support about my honey. We've been together 5 1/2 years so we're in no REAL hurry to get married. More important to be wise right now.

I hope you are doing well! I too tend to overeat if I let myself get too hungry; so I nibble all day on healthier snacks. It shrinks your stomach and allows you to feel fuller faster, plus it keeps a steady amount of energy for your body to use. Good luck!!!! You can do it!
