Say No! to High Blood Pressure

In 06 I went to a famous weight loss program. It worked. But...when I quit going I gained my weight back. Now I have High blood pressure. I am going to exercise if It kills me. I have never been unhealthy and now??? No Way.
4/22/2013. I am not doing very well with my weight loss. I go to school, go to church, go to work, eat out about twice a week, mondays and sundays.
EASIER SAID, THAN DONE !!!

My Goals:
Would like to loose weight and gain strength and stemina. In doing that, get rid of this horrible indigestion and joint pain and that "just above normal high blood pressure".

My Program:
Procrastinating mainly. Get motivated so I will get started.

Personal Information:
I have a daughter and son. 27 and 30. They are the loves of my life. I thank God for giving them to me to raise. I had a wounderfuly, fantastic, fun, exciting time doing just that. They have grown to be good, smart, and a productive part of society. My son has a son of his own. I don't get to see him much though. He is just as beautiful as my son is. I hope one day I will get to interact with him like I did my children. Now I have a four year old border collie and a 8 week old lab. They are my children now. I have fun with them also.

Other Information:
I love to ride motorcycles. Had one of my own. work with horses, I am an outdoorsy person. Love to read. Work in a library. Like to make jewelry. Love pinterest.

OK. I have lost enough weight to loose the indigestion, I am happy with that. Now working on the joints, and borderline high blood pressure. My body definitely tells me when I am over weight. Things just go crazy. Doing it on my own will be slower but I am loosing. Keeping a journal in Sparkpeople is one of the biggest things helping me. I dropped out before in this outlet but I didn't take time to explore this sight. I have learned how to do that and the charts most assuredly help. I love seeing the line go in a downward line. The charts help a lot. It just takes time. I want to change my ending goal date but I would have to reset my whole thing. I will not do that. It will show anyway past my goal date, I hope. emoticon
