My Goals:
1. Take back the 50+ pounds that I re-gained following a 100 pound drop a few years ago!

2. Eat healthy on a regular basis, not just after I've gained weight.

My Program:
I'm doing Spark and Weight Watchers at the same time to compare the two programs.
Exercise: Cardio at least 5x week with strength work every other session.
Eating: Maintaining healthy portion sizes and understanding what I am putting into my body.

Wow! Losing 100 lbs is impressive; takes a lot of work. I'm sure you can use what you learned back then, improve upon it, and make it stick!
