I am ready to work on taking small steps to build a happier and healthier me! I am a fighter and I will NOT give up! Can you hear the Rocky song "Eye of the Tiger" playing in the background?

One way or another I will get there! I will make all my dreams come true and this is one of them. I will lose 100 pounds total! I will get healthy. I will be strong.

Short term goal:
1. Cut out fried foods and sugar from my diet.
Eat healthy, balanced meals and 2 snacks daily.
Drink water.

2. Treadmill 3x per week

3. Strength training Total Gym 3x per week.



Lose 5 pounds per month!! New goal! measure inches!

3. Do at least 10 minutes of exercise daily!

My Program:
My program includes drinking mostly water, eating some fruits and vegetables, organic yogurt, a little of the good fats, protein and good carbs. Avoid sugar, bad fats, and white flour like the plague.

Treadmill, Total Gym and swimming. So many fun things to do! This plan is fun and that is why it works for me!
