My Program:
My program includes drinking mostly water, eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, organic yogurt, a little of the good fats, protein and good carbs. Avoid sugar, bad fats, and white flour like the plague.

Exercise is a must and must be fun! Elliptical, weights,
Walking, Pilates, Yoga, turbo jam, Wii Active, Zumba, paddle boat etc! So many fun things to do! This plan is fun and that is why it works for me!

You're so darned sweet! It wasn't so much that particular .4 pounds....that one is tacked onto another 19.6 that I've gained back :( No worries tho, I'm actively working to turn it around again...adjusting to menopause has been interesting, and I'm sure that is a BIG factor in my current weight gain.
