Hi - Spark People has been great for me!! And, I love the new SP Tracker!!!! I'm down 34# and on my way to losing 32# more!! Health has improved drastically as well as all my blood work!! No more diabetic meds for me!! Had to go shopping again yesterday to get some smaller clothes again - - gee, darn, huh? Love it! Thanks Spark People!!
