Where does time go? I am just now getting around to say a BIG THANK YOU for visiting my blog, "Spark Reminders For Success" and leaving a comment. I really do appreciate your time in doing this.

Best wishes,
Lois

Sorry to hear about your injury. I could be doing better if I wouldn't be gaining weight. I put on 3 pounds this week after gaining 5 pounds last week. I'm going in the wrong direction. I know part of my problem has been my portion size. I've been eating a little more than I should be so I need to reduce my portion size. I also have to watch my calories better. I've been going over my calories range too many times. If I do that I'm hoping that will correct the gaining problem.

Thank you for commenting on my ghost story. As you can tell from this and my previous stories, my ghosts certainly do have a sense of humor. I have had only one so-called negative experience; it was with a Ouija board, and some spirit thought it was funny to predict my daughter would fall down stairs and break her arm. The spirit even gave a date. I put away the board saying I would not tolerate such nonsense. The date came and went with no mishaps to my daughter or anyone else. A former psychic teacher taught me that we are always stronger than spirits because they are "out of their element" so to speak. I also had a cousin "channeled" to me after he passed, and he said his greatest joy was figuring out that he could still tell jokes on the other side. So yes, humor all over the place! Thanks for listening - have a great weekend.
