For sport I mainly do walking/hiking - I tried to get into a once-a-week-lunchtime and after-work-routine and then some walks or hikes on most weekends. And I convinced my other half to go ballroom dancing once a week (fancy walking ;-)) and do the odd class of self-defense training. Plus the strength training. Somehow it adds up a lot more than it feels! Its mostly not highly energetic but at least I enjoy it and manage to stick to it. :-)
