My Goals:
Two weeks in and it is time to start writing down my goals:

Start weight on 01/02/11 was 238.

GOALS:

Create Vision Board-DONE!

to be under 200lbs by my 40th birthday in four months!!!!!!!!!!!

to focus on why I am an emotional eater and overcome it.

to lose 100 lbs in 2011.








My Program:
Counting Calories
Exercising
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
Taking my Vitamins
Staying accountable by posting on SP website.
Juicing veggies & fruits
No longer drinking water from plastic bottles


Personal Information:
I'm Julie. I'm 39 years old. I have gained almost 100 lbs since getting married 15 1/2 years ago.

I am now on the journey of losing the weight, finding myself again, loving myself again and becoming healthy.

Other Information:

Just wanted to give you a shout Julglo ~I have not been sparking lately but want to dial in on some of my goals again - so I am back to tracking etc...
I am doing a four week...plan - no cheats and no drinking starting tomorrow - plus I signed up to run a 10K on 9/24/11 and I have not been working towards that goal at all - until today...
I always enjoyed talking to you so if you want to buddy up here on spark or otherwise...I am up for a challenge buddy :-)

I am would like to lose six lbs by the end of September.
And complete that race.

If this is not a good time for you - thats ok too!!

Hi Julie! I too have been struggling with motivation. I left SP for a while, put a lot of weight back on and have been beating myself up. And though I am not going to look hot on my 40th birthday, I've decided to pick myself up and keep going. I'm not giving up! We can do this my friend! emoticon
