My Program:
I'm walking my dog daily for half an hour or more. As for eating, I'm following my own plan that is high fiber, low fat, mostly vegetarian.

We can't do anything about the length of our lives, but we can about the depth and width.

Excellent, excellent choices, Miss Julia!! I just LOVE Queen Latifah, especially her beautiful, heartwarming smile. I could get pretty gushy talking about this talented and confident woman who is plus size and still sexy and successful.

And I seriously considered Serena Williams for my visual motivator assignment. I chose Marion Jones for the VM instead b/c she has just a little less definition, but you gotta love Serena, too.
