My Goals:
Better health and smaller pant size. I am starting out with trying to lose 11 pounds. Then if I make that goal, then perhaps another 5-6 pounds.

My Program:
Daily exercise. TRYING to watch what I eat -I'm getting better at this with each passing day.

Hi I'm from Los Angeles. Alot of great food here.

Other Information:
I love people, music, movies and animals which includes bird watching (... I find it relaxing to watch the birds in my garden /in the birdbath). We also have neat, wild Amazona parrots that fly around LA skies. -I love to spot a flock in the air.

Thanks for supporting me in my efforts to declutter! I am the kind of person who needs lots of praise since I flit from job to job...another thing to change about me! Something for you after reading your intro. Food is good and can be enjoyed, BUT moderation is the key, AND one can get the enjoyment out of just three bites. Keep that in mind. That will allow for lots of sharing or left-overs...our health comes first! Keep exercising.
