Better health and smaller pant size. I am starting out with trying to lose 11 pounds. Then if I make that goal, then perhaps another 5-6 pounds.

My Program:
Daily exercise. TRYING to watch what I eat -I'm getting better at this with each passing day.

Hi I'm from Los Angeles. Alot of great food here.

Other Information:
I love people, music, movies and animals which includes bird watching (... I find it relaxing to watch the birds in my garden /in the birdbath). We also have neat, wild Amazona parrots that fly around LA skies. -I love to spot a flock in the air.

Thank you for encouraging me. I know who my friends are when they are willing to stand by my side even when I have to vent a while. Venting blogs are not very fun to read, but I generally feel encouraged that I'm not the only one going through challenging times.
