    Hi Trailblazer! Our challenge this week is to share something we did well last week. For me, it was getting in more steps. I had been doing the bare minimum, about 10 minutes/day most days it seems, but last week I really tried to get out more. I invited family members to come with me sometimes, because it makes the time pass more quickly if I have someone to chat with, but if no one was available I just headed out the door. There were evenings I wanted to skip it, but I just went out anyway once the day had cooled off, and I was always glad I did.

    It's actually really helpful to write this, because Sunday and Monday I didn't get in my walks - just got super busy and somehow the end of the day came and I hadn't done them. This reminds me that it's worth getting out there, even after a long day - I always feel better. I've been feeling really bad about posting zeros for exercise for the past two days, but that's changing as of today!

    Clover Cluster reply: Last week was a very good week for me eating and moving. However, the scales did not move one bit. This really discouraged me and I went off on a 2 day eating binge. Things are pretty much back to where they should be now. I am proud of the fact that last week I did move a lot more than I have been doing. Need to buckle down and keep moving forward.
