I started sparkpeople in Jan 2008 weighing about 160 lbs (I didn't have a good scale, so I'm estimating). I eat right and have managed to maintain my goal weight range of 120-130 for almost a year now. My health philosophy was learned in Europe: "Everything in moderation" and eat quality food- it makes a difference.

I want to lower the percentage of fat on my body and build muscle.
Basically, just following the spark program plus adding more sustainable and organic foods into my diet.
