Hello! I'm Juli. My highest weight was 420 pounds. I lost down to 219 pounds, and then had some serious injuries to my hip and low back after being hit by a truck while jogging. I was sidelined for months....and depressed. I gained weight.

I was mad, depressed, disappointed, frustrated.....but then I woke up one day and realized that I needed to suck it up, get back up and get moving again! I finally got permission from my drs to start exercising again! I'm back to running and now I'm going to go back to working towards my goals!! I have 100 pounds to lose!

No time for depression or feeling sorry for myself. Injuries happen. Setbacks happen. Instead of wallowing in the past.....I'm going to be strong, get back up and get busy!!!! :)))

NEVER GIVE UP!!! NEVER GIVE IN!!! If you fall.....stand up, brush yourself off and keep going. Setbacks happen in life. Failures and mistakes happen. It's how we deal with the aftermath that forms our characters.

Be strong. Be real.
