My Goals:
I just want to be healthier. Of course, having a killer body would be great too.

My Program:
I am really doing my best to get back into running. I like running when I can do more than a mile or so at a time without stopping, but before then it's hard. I also do some Zumba and try to get to the gym as much as possible.

I have found the commitment to post my weight on a regular basis as a part of that team has supported my process. Hope it supports your process as well. If it doesn't, there are many teams amongst the SparkCommunity and surely there is one that will support you in reaching your goals.

Hi , Welcome to Tips for Writing and Weight Loss, where you will lose weight if you really want to. We have lots of information on how to do it, but you have to put it in action. You only lose if you really want to, not if you say you want to and don't follow through. Let us be there to help you through these hard times. I lost 2 lbs. after the xmas holiday,which I put on with sweets I love. In order to lose weight you have to increase your exercise and do it everyday and also do some weights. I exercise 7 days a week for over an hour and watch what I eat. Sure, I fall and have gained but when I make my mind up to lose I follow through and that is what you need to do if you really want to be thin for spring. So glad you joined us.

As for writers, if you are a writer, we have 3 prompts you add a story to, and a line from a sentence each person adds to make a story, along with other things.

We also have a chat section where you chat about anything, and other posts on different things and if there is something you want to talk about all you need to do is tell us and we will add it.

We have a word game good for your memory where you add one word each time someone does, from a big word, to see how many we can make.

And to top it all, we are a friendly group, you will love us. We hope you can make lots of friends here.
