I just want to be healthier. Of course, having a killer body would be great too.
I am really doing my best to get back into running. I like running when I can do more than a mile or so at a time without stopping, but before then it's hard. I also do some Zumba and try to get to the gym as much as possible.
What are doing on a treadmill girl? Get your behind outside, where you can smell nature and feel the hardness of the pavement, and the softness of God's green grass. Put those excuses away, and plan for an excruciating but exhilarating run.
