I just want to be healthier. Of course, having a killer body would be great too.
I am really doing my best to get back into running. I like running when I can do more than a mile or so at a time without stopping, but before then it's hard. I also do some Zumba and try to get to the gym as much as possible.
Julia, Just checking to see how your running is going. I'm hoping you are not slacking off during the winter. The spring races go so much better when you push through and train in the cold. So, maybe this is a shout out to you to get out there and sweat!! hehe
