Hey! Thanks for stopping by my page! I've been wondering what you've been up to lately. I'm doing so much better. I've been doing a new Whole30, but only low sugar fruits, limited starches, and 6-9 cups of veggies. I really think the veggies are helping. That and limiting my carbs to 50-100 per day. My body has responded and I'm feeling stronger every day. Perfect timing. our Bahama Mama team is doing a challenge, "stronger than yesterday" this month it's to replace one meal with a healthy green smoothie per day It's been helping with the veggie count. So what's new with you? How are you feeling? What are your September goals?
