Thank you for commenting on my blog "Woohoo! My ankle is healing." When my ankle injury started, I used the spark web search for my 1 SparkPoint to research up on it. Since I could limp, I didn't need to see a doctor, but was told it would take a few weeks to heal and to follow RICE. It said if I wasn't seeing any improvement in a few weeks, I would need to see a doctor so I've been following that and wearing an ACE bandage and it's helping. I have found out these last 2 days that if I walk too much, the pain starts to come back. It will be like a twinge so definitely not 100% yet, but yes, I'm learning that I need to take injuries seriously so I can heal.

Spangle's book has lots in it to think about, but so far I have found out that it is all helpful stuff.
