Thank you for reading my blog and just letting me know you are there for me. It really makes a difference when you know that people are in your corner, especially when you feel alone and sad by the events that happen in our lives. Life goes on and we move on..even when we are sad.

Thank you for commenting on my blog "This Motivation brought to you from Spark People". Thank you for the kind words and the losses haven't deteriorated my family. We've come out stronger and I felt the love when I went up to see some of them this weekend. My uncle who's now going through his own journey with cancer, dedicated the fireworks we shot off to him. I'm hoping next year we aren't doing a dedication to him, but I will be the voice spurring him on and my goal is to get up there once a month to see them. Time is not guaranteed so I'm making the most of life and the time I have with loved ones.

This has spurred me on to work on getting fit and I think I want to eventually do those walks to raise money for cancer research so yes...definitely going that route as well. I'm living for 2 uncles and an aunt now...all lost this year to cancer.
