365 Day Countdown to GOOD HEATH.

"THE PLAN" to be in Self Control.
Get most carbs from grains, veggies & fruit (very little bread)
Eat whole homemade foods
Eat something raw with every meal: veggies or fruit. (smoothies)
Always include 1 grain. (balanced meal w/ veggie, protein & grain)
Most protein from beans & fish. Very little red meat.

Exercise: 30 min 5X week. Walk-away-the Pounds.

I've been diagnosed with pre-diabetes a few years ago so I feel like the clock is really ticking so I totally can identify with healthy from the inside out.
