*Drink 1 cup of water before eating every meal.

*EAT FULL FAT (no transfats)

Thanks' so much for the goodie and the encouraging message. I live about an hour south of Fort Smith so quite a distance from Jonesboro. Our children are from the ages of 29-10 years old. We also have custody of our grandson who is 6 years old. We got him when he was a few months old so I know what its like to have young children at such a late time in life. They keep me young (or at least the desire to be young, LOL). I hope you are enjoying getting healthier as much as I am. emoticon
