In Pursuit of Good Health

There are 7 days in the week, and SOMEDAY isn't one of them.

PLAN:
* 1 fruit & veggie smoothie per day for vitamins the natural way.
*Calorie counting, using mostly frozen entree's to stay within range & portion control.
*Adding fresh salads on the side.
*Eating a normal healthy breakfast.
*Drink 1 cup of water before eating.

No 'fake' stuff.
No artificial sweetners.

Hey sweetie, how is the Weight Watchers coming along? I've been on the fence about joining it again myself but you know I"m just so bad at tracking - if I could master that, I'd probably start losing weight again! Anyway, let me know how you're doing!
