"THE PLAN" to be in Self Control.
Get most carbs from grains, veggies & fruit (very little bread)
Eat whole homemade foods
Eat something raw with every meal: veggies or fruit. (smoothies)
Always include 1 grain. (balanced meal w/ veggie, protein & grain)
Most protein from beans & fish. Very little red meat.

Exercise: 30 min 5X week. Walk-away-the Pounds.

Hi June,
How are you?
Thanks for stopping by my page! Yes, I am just using the fitness tracker and very little else on here. I am going to try to get back at it tomorrow!I am going to do the Paleo thing again since I was losing on that some time ago. I want to stick to it for the whole month but may have issues the week of the 15th when I'll be on vacation.
Will you try to check in with me on October first and see how I did? Knowing somebody will be asking might help keep me going.

If you're interested, I can send you the file through email. There is a modified version that's less extreme that I started with. In fact, I had to make modifications to the modified version to ease into it. emoticon
