Hello and welcome to my page. Feel free to comment and leave me a note. I love meeting Spark People and hear your stories.

So far I have lost some 20 + pounds on Sparkpeople (and gained some back due to holidays and a moving experience) but that will not stop me on the way to my goal which is 143 pounds (and my bride weight from 28 years ago). I will be happy if I reach this weight by my b-day in 2011, but if I stay focused I could reach it in the summer of 2010, too. This would be ...

I will be happy if I reach this weight by my b-day in 2011, but if I stay focused I could reach it in the summer of 2010, too. This would be truely great and a reward in itself - but I would still treat myself to a really cool swim suit.

My Goals:
Longterm (by the end of 2010) be 143 pounds.

Medium: 165 by the summer

Short:
Plan snacks for the day and stick to it.
Limit bread.

Boot camp challenge: See how many inches I loose by the end of Feb:
Jan 3
waist: 35
hips: 40

By my Sparkversary /28 Feb - 83 kg; 183 pounds
By Easter 4 April – 76/167 (and 40 pounds lost on SP!)

Reward: a set of new smart clothes when I reach my half goal of 76kg.

My final goal is 65 kg - 143 pounds (which I was told meant I LOVE YOU - and I will love them!)


My Program:
30 minutes of cardio (increasing resistence every 2 weeks)

30 minutes of strength training 3 times a week.

Avoid sweets and bread.

Plan food and cooking healthily.


Personal Information:
A true European - born in Croatia, educated in Germany and England; involved internationally.
Live and work in Croatia.

Other Information:
Love books, dogs and people (not necessarily in that order:). Love N. Gordon's novels.

.... i ja sam dakako htjela odmah napisati sve o vikendu, ali me ubi posao danas...
...dakle ukratko, uspjelo se u petak naći vremena za kavu s kolegicama, pa se u subotu uspjelo naći vremena za večeru s drugim kolegicama, pa se u nedjelju našlo vremena s djecom otići u kino, a uz sve to se uspjelo i nešto zaraditi, onako honorarno....a btw, sve to bez da znatno upropastim dijetu..
Oh da.... i zamisli, težim 0,5 kg manje nego prošli vikend. Ja očito ne znam "ošecovat" koliko kalorija unesem.

Have a nice stay u Zagrebu. Probaj naći vremena da se javiš.

Ah da, i što je to s tim tvojim zdravljem? Kad si zadnji put bila u lječnika? Mislim da bi malo mogla istražiti tu svoju osjetljivost. Brineš me.
