Hello and welcome to my page. Feel free to comment and leave me a note. I love meeting Spark People and hearing your stories.

But as much as I would like to see those weight loss goals materialize - feeling well physically, being able to walk and have good, flexible joints (that don't hurt) is much more important at this point. Doing at least 60 minutes of cardio a day keeps my blood pressure in line and the strength exercises help prevent back pain during long office hours.

But as much as I would like to see those weight loss goals materialize - feeling well physically, being able to walk and have good, flexible joints (that don't hurt) is much more important at this point. Doing at least 60 minutes of cardio a day keeps my blood pressure in line and the strength exercises help prevent back pain during long office hours.

The biggest challenges at the moment are my heavy work-schedules which take away too much energy for little benefit.

The other thing is - I need to stop solving issues by eating! Happy? Eat something! Sad? Eat something! Bored: well eat a double portion of everything! Exhausted: never stop eating at all. I so need to get over this and I welcome all success stories in that department very much!

Just to add: The tables say normal at 65. I am not sure I want to weigh less than 70 at this point in my life... but let's get to there and think later.

My Program:
I am particularly paying attention to what I'm eating - replacing sweets with fruit.

I need to flexibility exercizes. It's ridiculous how stiff I've gotten.

I need a regular aerobic routine. Now that Charlie is too old for the kind of walks I need.

Svaka čast! Ja sam odradila jednu mini šetnjicu, ali bolje nego nikako. Kod doktora je bilo super. Još tri mjeseca održavanja i, ako Bog da, skida me s terapije. :)

A to to se razboli je reakcija "Garfield" ...hahha
uj, ja kad ti budem imala ideju, ti e je prva uti. Ja sutra imam termin kod endokrinologa, pa u njega pitati koliko intenzivno smijem vjebati. U svakom sluaju planiram uvesti svakodnevne etnje po pola sata. I to bi mi sad bio napredak. :( (na to ovaj ovjek spadne)
