Hello and welcome to my page. Feel free to comment and leave me a note. I love meeting Spark People and hearing your stories.

But as much as I would like to see those weight loss goals materialize - feeling well physically, being able to walk and have good, flexible joints (that don't hurt) is much more important at this point. Doing at least 60 minutes of cardio a day keeps my blood pressure in line and the strength exercises help prevent back pain during long office hours.

But as much as I would like to see those weight loss goals materialize - feeling well physically, being able to walk and have good, flexible joints (that don't hurt) is much more important at this point. Doing at least 60 minutes of cardio a day keeps my blood pressure in line and the strength exercises help prevent back pain during long office hours.

The biggest challenges at the moment are my heavy work-schedules which take away too much energy for little benefit.

The other thing is - I need to stop solving issues by eating! Happy? Eat something! Sad? Eat something! Bored: well eat a double portion of everything! Exhausted: never stop eating at all. I so need to get over this and I welcome all success stories in that department very much!

Just to add: The tables say normal at 65. I am not sure I want to weigh less than 70 at this point in my life... but let's get to there and think later.

My Program:
I am particularly paying attention to what I'm eating - replacing sweets with fruit.

I need to flexibility exercizes. It's ridiculous how stiff I've gotten.

I need a regular aerobic routine. Now that Charlie is too old for the kind of walks I need.

Toliko sam sad sretnija na ovom poslu da se isplatilo odreći novca. A evo, tražim i način da dodatno nešto zaradim prevođenjem, pa ćemo vidjeti.
Nego, jesi bila u Mostaru?

Da, Maksimir je divan. Ja sam živjela na Ravnicama, kod Kraša. U stvari, i sad mi otac tamo ima stan, samo što ja ne dolazim tamo ima 7 godina. Ne vežu me baš lijepe uspomene na Zagreb.

A diploma je stručnog bachelora ekonomije, smjer računovodstvo i financije. Posao sam promijenila jer nisam mogla izdržati pritisak direktorice, a i ovdje mi bliže poslu (samo 6 km od doma). Ispali je da je ovo točno posao u mojoj struci i puno mi je ugodnije. Jedina zamjerka je što se radi i subotom do podne, a plaća je gotovo 1/2 stare plaće. Ali svejedno, ne žalim se.

Da, ne zvučiš pretjerano motivirano.
Ja sam ti jako motivirana da hodam, to je nešto za što sada opet imam vremena, kad je završila ta škola. Međutim, ne znam da li sam ti spominjala da imam novi posao? Puno je ugodniji, ali nažalost radim i subotom, tako da mi je vrijeme opet ograničeno.
Nadam se da ćeš pronaći načina da se malo motiviraš, barem za vježbanje, ako već ne i za dijetu.
