Several things got me off-track recently. When my weight hit a number I hadn't seen in several years, I knew it was time to address my gluttony and laziness (well, let's call it what it is)! Back to logging my fitness and food (whether good or bad). Check my trackers if you want, and comments are welcome.

I had surgery on my left foot about a week and 1/2 ago and now get the stitches out. It still is really painful so I'm hoping and praying that getting the stiches out will help with the pain and that getting them out won't be too bad!!!! I've really had a time of feeling bad but hopefully things are looking up!!!!

Hope you have a great week!!!

Hugs

Hello, Thanks for stopping by my page. The Yoop (UP) is the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. It's where I live...and it's still snowing today...we've had a very long winter...and not much of a spring! :(
