My main goal is to remain healthy and happy. Weight goes up and down, and I'd like to see it stay steady (let's say steadily lower lol)
My Program:
I make an effort to add exercise to my daily life. Food is within moderation, and family is full on!

Love my dogs Boomer (white boxer) & my pugish girl Kona. We have 5 rescue guinea pigs.
We live in the sunny Okanagan where life is goooooood!
