I've lost a lot of weight since my "high", but I just realized that I'm six pounds HEAVIER than I was this time last year. I shouldn't rest on my laurels - I have a lot of work to do. Time to push forward!

My Goals:
To form a healthy relationship with food.

My Program:
I've decided to hop back on the medifast train for the time being, and will transition to counting points to keep an eye on my choices and portion sizes.

I've had several "diets" help me along my path so far (weight watchers, calorie counting, intermittent fasting, medifast), and I'm hoping this is the method that I need to focus on right now to get me back on track!

I am an anxious mess. Yep... that pretty much sums it up!
