Current Status:
JUSTCONFUZZLED needs to be careful. Bought a BIIIIIIG ole bag of shredded lettuce the other day, and has been making lettuce her vegetable way to often the past few days! Need some variety!

My Goals:
To form a healthy relationship with food.

My Program:
I've decided to hop back on the No S diet for the time being: No Snacks, No Seconds, and No Sweets, except Sometimes on "S" days (Saturdays, Sundays, and Special days).

I also try to plan my meals to fit the "My Plate" Plan - if you divide your plate into fourths, then... 1/4 veggies and 1/4 fruit (or 1/2 veggies), and 1/4 starch and 1/4 protein.

I've had several "diets" help me along my path so far (weight watchers, calorie counting, intermittent fasting, medifast, No S), and I'm hoping this is the method that I need to focus on right now to get me back on track!

Personal Information:
My advantages of losing weight are:
- I'll feel more attractive.
- I'll feel more confident.
- 'One size fits all' options may actually fit me.
- I'll feel comfortable wearing the styles that I enjoy again.
- I'll be able to say that i did it (I like to brag sometimes 211 )
- I will develop a healthier relationship with food, and not feel so out of control.
- Other people will comment that I've lost weight, and that will make me feel good.
- Clothes shopping will be more fun, because I will have more options available for me to chose from.
- I will feel healthier (my body does feel healthier and responds better when I eat more fruits/veggies and keep to the habits that help me lose weight)
