Trying to get motivated...

I want to lose weight. I am a yoyo dieter. I have lost down to goal many times then gain back more. The last few times I have dieted, or tried to change my habits which is the way I'm trying to see it, I lose 15-20 pounds, then my head seems to think I have achieved my goal, and the go back to eating like I did before thinking I'm not going to gain it back. Of course I do, then gain more and give up. I am really trying to get motivated to try this because I believe this could work for me.
