You are very welcome. I wish you were closer - I live in Massachusetts and my area of expertise is Math. I would have helped you. I'll be retiring in a couple of years and have been thinking of going back to teach Math as a 2nd career. - Ginny

Saw from the 40something huddle board you needed a little support. Just know that you can meet your goals one baby step at a time. Don't look at the big picture - sometimes that is too overwhelming. Take each day little bit at a time. Do one positive thing for yourself today - drink your 8 glasses of water, get your 4-5 fruits/vegs a day, walk 10-15 minutes. Whatever it is you CAN do. Stop thinking of what you Can't do. Or what you did yesterday( I ate that whole pizza etc). You can do this. And with this great team behind you for fun and support your goals are so very reachable!
