I've just started 9 Round circuit training 3X a week.

I'd like to get to a point where I can add more as my schedule permits.

Hi! Yes, I think I did circuit training, high intensity for 30 to 60 mins depending. I think for me at 190 I burned about 350 to 400 calories per 30 mins! I loved it but the hours of operation were terrible so I just use the gloves and boxing on my own at the Y! emoticon
