Are you who you want to be?

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. As we let our own light shine, we ...

As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

My middle daughter started 5th grade this year too emoticon She is all hyped up to be the top dog this year, lol. I really can't believe I'm OLD enough to have children as old as mine are. My oldest is 7th grad this year, OMG, and she is looking so grown up. Where does the time go?!

Hey Lady, sorry it's taken me so long to respond to your question. I love my Fitbit. I didn't realize how much until it stopped working. Basically it's a step counter, but so much more. You can have challenges with your friends who have Fitbits, something my friends and I are doing constantly. It really keeps you motivated when you've got a friend that is creeping up on you in steps. I've found myself doing lots of late night walks to get just a few extra steps in. It is also I sleep track. I love that. Sometimes you can't figure out why you're so tired even though you felt like you slept good. than you find out you tossed and turned all night. It also tracks your calories burned. Syncs with Sparkpeople for logging food. I just love it. I'll probably upgrade to the Fitbit Charge HR within the next year. let me know if you have any questions I might have missed!

Hey there, how is Missoula doing with the smoke? I thought Helena was bad until we got to Missoula last Friday to go school shopping and you actually had ASH falling and collecting in a fine dust on the cars. It was sooo miserable. Even the mall was smelling like smoke. I'm so ready for this to be over I'm actually praying for SNOW! Which in most instances would be crazy but I'll take even that if it puts out the fires so we can breath and have fall.

With the Indian Summers we have had the last few years I don't see that there is a quick end to the fire season we are suffering through this year. Come on SNOW! emoticon emoticon
