Well I'm glad to see you. Sometimes the path gets rocky so I understand keeping a low profile just to keep yourself sane when you are busy. Sometimes I keep a low profile when I feel like I'm failing but I think staying here at least a little helps me get back on track quicker or not go completely off track all together.
The last 3 months I've struggled primarily with sugar/sweet treats of the baked variety. Once I start eating them I'm on a very slippery slope. I feel like I am just finally getting into a groove again. If I just take the time to bake a low sugar gluten free yummy then it actually satisfies my sugar beast without actually having a bunch of carbs, lol, but its that TIME thing that bites me in the bum every time, lol.
A 13 mi hike??? Wow girl, kudos to you. I can barely walk up the stairs at work. My weight is down but my exercise is, eh, not so good. It will likely be my New Year Resolution this year!
Generally the kids are good, busy with a million things of course but good. I just work and go to my second job as a chauffer, lol, I should work for Uber since I'm already running people around. 65 days ago
