I need to lose 100 pounds so that I can have knee surgery. I want to be able to walk again. I want to travel. I just retired this year.

no sugar drinks = I only drink water, tea and 1% milk

Thanks for the good suggestions on how to handle all the goodies at the buffet. We have already decided not to go back very often-- buffets are just too much temptation!

my blog last nite was to show that even though we go through things in life. Nothing is that fearful that we need to worry about it. it all passes, and most make too much out of each situation. The past ios the past. it's my example of not worrying.
After 15 years being crippled up, I cured my 7 illnesses, and walked away health without any. As far as memory loss I will send you some things that I know will help you. It has to do with eating, disease, and inflammation. It can turn around almost anything. Did you even get any therapy? What was the situation. eva
