My Goals:
Basically my goals are to be more healthy. I would also like to walk my dog more, both for her health, and because she enjoys it. I try to go to the gym three times a week, and not go over my calorie ranges (often).

My Program:
I have not really had much of a program before. I ate what I wanted to eat, and I "exercised" when I wanted to exercise. I'm hoping that by tracking what I am doing, I will be able to find out what I need to do more or less of.


Update: I've lost 40 pounds here with SP now. Just with the nutrition tracker and the fitness tracker has helped me see where my trouble spots are. It's amazing how much better I eat when I have to track it all. And the Spark Points are so addictive, I find myself excersizing extra minutes!

I joined a gym, and have going there regularly for over 6 months.

Personal Information:
I'm 26, and from Victoria BC, in Canada.

Other Information:
Right now I'm addicted to Terry Brooks, Terry Goodkind, and Robert Jordon. (Perhaps the three greatest Sci-Fantasy authors EVER!) I also adore Civilization IV (and III), Neverwinter Nights, and World of Warcraft. Could I live without a morning coffee? ... we'll never know.

You are doing awesome Meredith! You have almost reached your goal and that is fantastic! I wanted to stop in and thank you for inspiration. I have done soo much better with drinking my water..on most days....since I found the water challenge! Your challenges not only have given me the motivation to get the water down to better myself, but has taught me that if I just drink and not think about what I am doing, I drink that much more!

Keep up the great work, and you will see you reaching your goal before you know it! I appear to have stalled for awhile, but I am trying!
