2010 and Getting Healthier!

I've come to realize it's not a diet, it's a way of life. This is me working at getting healthier!

I will loose weight to become healthier, to be more active, to not worry about what other think of me ....and you probably know the rest.

Finding sparks people has been a learning experience with so much information and all under one site. The difference is the teams - I read certain ones and can relate to the alot of the encouraging comments and the frustrations ...

My Goals:
Track my food and water daily using the SP Nutrition tracker.

Keep a calendar for my fitness - 3 days cardio and 3 strength. Minimum 30 min per day.

I am eating healthier, drinking more water and becoming more active.

Thanks for stopping by my page .... I wear my pedometer from the minute I get out of bed until I go back to the bed (well, I do have to take it off in the shower but ....) It is a good one because it is programmed to my step and doesn't just add steps when I am fidgety! It is made by Omron and counts steps, aerobic steps, kcal burned, and miles and has a 7-day memory. Thanks so much! I definitely wasn't expecting anything like this today! It's so exciting being chosen for something...haha. Just made my day, I think! lol.

Congrats to you as well, on your success so far! 54lbs is awesome!! Look like we started out around the same amount. Can't wait to see 54lbs lost on my ticker!! hehe.

And, I like that this is my motivation for 50 minutes a day - today I did my first try at Jillian's 30 Day Shred and whew! it was rough. But, I still followed it with 30 minutes on the elliptical. I didn't want to break my team goal already!
