My name is Denise, but many of my friends call me Neese. My goal is to lose weight by using common sense. Eat healthier and excersise more!
I belong to The Club fitness centers. I started working out in Brandon but, because I have have had this membership SO LONG, I can workout at any location. This is especially nice, since I live in Brandon & work in Madison!! I will NORMALLY workout in Madison during the week and Brandon on the weekends! Anyone else out there in Sparkpeople land that ...

My Goals:
Overall, I want to FEEL better about myself! I had lost 45 pounds before, but don't know how I did it! THIS time, I'm going to take it slow and do it RIGHT! :)
I don't want to give myself a "timeline", because this is a lifetime goal, but I would really like to look GREAT for my boyfriend's daughter's wedding in September!! :)

My Program:
I recently started "turbo fire", going to see where I get with that...on top of eating more of the right things and less of the bad things...we all know what they are! I give myself one "cheat" day per week. This way, I never feel deprived of something I really want! :)

Thank you for updating me on your progress. I hope you are enjoying the T25 program. I have found it to be most challenging; but thatís a good thing. Youíve completed 3 weeks so hopefully you are seeing some progress. Iím nearing the end of Week Two in the Beta round and I must say that Iíve have not missed a workout. In all honesty, the scales are not moving as I would like, but I see major improvements in my fitness and thatís an accomplishment. Everyone is different, so I encourage you to keep going. What do you think about the Ab Intervals; that one really kicked my butt. Iím excited about the program and I canít wait to hear more of your progress. Stay focused; you can do it!

HI. I did get the T25...1 day after I got a huge splinter lodged into my foot. the doctor couldn't get it out and said to put salve on it and give it time. So I haven't been able to even walk on it for a week. I'm going stir crazy. And just looking at the box with my T25. I'll keep you posted. Thanks for checking in!

Hello, how are things going. I hope all is well with the T25 program. As for me I'm still hanging in there, I've completed W5D3 and I'm proud to say I've not missed a workout. It's tough but I feel good about it, I hope you are seeing the progress and know it does not always show on the scale. I look forward to hearing about your progress.
