Hey! Thanks for commenting on my blog! The trainer suggested that I didn't need to split my workouts into different days based on my goals. After some thought, I really think I'd still like to work upper and lower body on different days. But, I did take her advice on lots of things from the exercises I choose to do, amount and type of cardio, etc. Just making it work for me!
