Proportion control is a big help to me so I track my food all the time now. I swim daily and have started walking the dog more regularly. I belong to a bike group that meets a few times a week.

Question - Your ticker says you're 274, but on the weigh-in thread you say you're 126. I'm confused , can you clarify ?

Hey K-dawg. I am back to food diary. some excellent summer clothes from last year cannot go over my caboose. evening snacking habits are back, so, am returning to actually acknowleging food that I eat again. I blame our gene pool, ok, and bad snacking habits.

sometimes I use the converter option to figure out how big a roast is, but I haven't been tracking food. I do get a personal reflection and article every day in my email. Today I read about treadmill versus the open road. I pick treadmill- easier on the knees and ankles. where are you going to show off your tiny buttocks?
