Proportion control is a big help to me so I track my food all the time now. I swim daily and have started walking the dog more regularly. I belong to a bike group that meets a few times a week.
Hey K-dawg. I am back to food diary. some excellent summer clothes from last year cannot go over my caboose. evening snacking habits are back, so, am returning to actually acknowleging food that I eat again. I blame our gene pool, ok, and bad snacking habits.
