I believe my main goal is to become as happy and healthy as anyone can be!
I am making healthier choices in food and making a Spark recipe 2 times a week I eat my freggies at least 5 and drink my water at least 8 I am tracking all nutrition and activity AND I am getting those points!
Just checking in ... Hope you are doing well this summer. Can't believe fall is just around the corner already. Nooooooooooo! But one of my sons is already at high school marching band camp, and the other is prepping to head back to college in a few weeks. It goes too fast!

I live in Alabama-- and have been a happy southerner for a long time -- However, I was born and raised in St. Louis too!---In my childhood, there was no St. Louis Arch--- I think it was completed about 1965/66--? There are cold winters in St. Louis that I don't miss, but the ZOO is really great! Best regards!
You have done what I'm attempting to do. Currently at 153 (down from 159). I've been with Spark 7 weeks and I too found it a great place to "pull together" all the elements of nutrition, fitness, relationship, rewards, etc.
