Starting Over - In Health and in Life

Hi there. My name is Kacey and I live in the Pacific Northwest. I was blessed to be married to the love of my life for 19 years before he passed on the 27th of September, 2008. I am still in "recovery mode" from his loss but I am making progress. I am usually very easy to get to know and love to people watch. I am looking forward to seeing how I progress in all aspects of my life!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose as much weight as my body is willing to let go of so I can be around for my grandchildren, who are the joy of my life.

My Program:
I have to live a gluten-free life, so that is the crux of my plan. As I have mobility impairments, I get my exercise where I can and in ways others might consider a bit odd.

Personal Information:
Born in Connecticut, lived in New Jersey, Chicago, Southern California, Montana, and Western Washington (where I am now). I love what I do for a living (I teach students with learning issues and students who are homeless) and it provides me with great inspiration that feeds my soul.

Other Information:
I believe God has kept me here on this plane so I can work with the students whose lives he has (for whatever reason) given me the power to reach and assist.

While reflecting on the sacrifices our veterans and current military personnel have made for our freedom, consider what you have been willing to give up for your fight for better health!
