Hi! My name is Kayli and I'm a 24 year old college grad who is currently trying to get into grad school. I've struggled with my weight since I was about 7 years old. My ultimate weight goal is to get into the 130's, but my more important LIFE goal is to finally feel confident in a swimsuit and not be so afraid to try new sports and things. Oh, and I don't want to be the "pretty, smart girl with a great personality". I want to be the confident, outgoing, gorgeous and intelligent woman I know I can be! (She's in every woman, somewhere!) Update! 9/10/09 So, August was a rough month for me... Lots of eating out and OVEREATING. I could feel my weight creeping back up, so I decided to join Weight Watchers on 9/2/09. So far it's been going really well. It's frustrating to know I fell off the wagon and now I'm just trying to get back to where I was, but the weight is slowly coming off... one pound at a time... My Goals:
My short term goals as of right now are to lose 5% of my body weight (-10 lbs, 182.6) and then 10% (-19, 173.6). My Weight Watchers goal weight is 150 lbs, but my personal goal is to lose 50 pounds from my starting WW weight of 192.6 (142.6). Ultimately, I'd like to end up somewhere in the 130's.
My Program:
I attend weekly Weight Watchers meetings, but have yet to establish a steady workout program yet.
