Trekking in Alaska

I'm a Christian housewife in the frozen arctic of Alaska. Loving every minute of it, but hard to workout with the cold. I struggle with consistency, but am determined to get to a healthy weight and be a good example to my husband and daughter.

Personal Information:
Living in Alaska can be a challenge at times. The darkness and extreme cold in the winter don't encourage working out, but the long, warm summer days do. Videos and workout equipment help me get in shape for the hikes, walks, and kayaking during the summer.

Thanks for stopping by my blog a couple weeks ago :) as for the new gym, it's better for my evening workouts but would be out of the way for my morning ones...lol...so pretty much 1/2 dozen in one hand 1/2 dozen in another :)

Thanks for visiting my blog, Kristi. I really like the Bootcamp videos. They are a good level for me and they push me. Especially if I am tired or down for some reason, having the routine set for me helps me to just do it. If I am depressed and trying to find something to do, I am less likely to make myself do it.
