hi. I have been overweight all my life. I can't explain what happened, but in the last 2 weeks I feel more determined than ever. I actually feel different like this is one of those life changing moments that people hear of. I never really understood it until now. sounds weird I know. I am excited and scared at the same time. I have a long road ahead of me. but I know I can do it. I think with the help from this site it will make my journey a little easier.

My Goals:
I am trying to eat more healthy. I never realized how many calories I was consuming even when I thought I was doing good, comes to find out I wasn't. I have somewhat of a disability and was finding it hard exercise. I found some exercises that I can actually do on this site. I am a visual person and I love the tracker on this site. It really helps a lot. So eating more healthy, trying to exercise more and losing weight are the main things I am totally focused on right now.

My Program:
Before signing onto this site. I started 2 weeks ago just trying to eat better. Now I started the 11 minute seated cardio workout. To start slow.
Because of my semi disability, that works for me right now. Eventally I will work it up to more. It's 11 minutes so 2 times a day is working perfect for me. I am finding it a little difficult drinking the all the water though. That is something else I need to work on. but for now I am very focused on the healthy food and no more junk food.
