Spring 2014

Wow, another blessed birthday, a year older, full of grace. Spring has arrived along with its pollen full force. I am engaged to be married on June 28th this year. I am doing another weight loss challenge Biggest Loser style locally here in KC area with prizes for the best percentages. I am just preparing to spend the rest of my life, live my life to the fullest and continue to give God my utmost, my highest praise to Him who gives all that we may ask. My Goals:
Countdown to my June 2014 wedding. My trainer set up a plan for me to do cardio 4 times a week, on certain machines and meet with him once a week. I do stretching series and up to forty-five minutes of cardio after strength training.

My Program:
I will have been a steady Weight Watcher member since January 2011. Two years later, now, I am down some pounds but now it is time for me to really apply the program because my Leader says if you work the plan, the plan will work for you. I started using Herbalife again and I am working with a nutrition coach watching my caloric intake and getting more plant based protein in my diet.

Personal Information:
I am originally from Michigan and relocated to Kansas City by the way of Missouri in 2009. I am a veteran of the United States Marine Corps . I just bought a home in 2012 in Kansas City, deciding to set down some roots, spread my wings and really get to know the middle of the US. Now that 2013 has arrived, I will also restart my graduate school education!

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I like Kelly's style. Her workouts are tough, but they are only 30 minutes. She really uses the times well, you get a lot done in a shorter amount of time. She also has premixes on all her dvd's so you can do shorter or longer workouts, lots of variety.
