I am currently 45 and by my birthday next Sept. 2015 I would like to be in a lot better health than I am currently. I know it's going to be hard...but I know I can do it if I try. Sitting on my butt wishing I was healthier hasn't worked for the last several years....I need to get up, get moving and change my ways. :)

Crowd out poor health habits. Choose activity before TV. Eat 3 veggies first for each meal. You will crowd out the less healthy choices.
