Heading into year 4 of maintenance.

I have lost 110 pounds. I have completed three years of maintenance and am entering into year 4. Exercise, planning, and healthy eating have become a way of life for over four years. I can do this. I can keep this weight off!

It is time to say I am going to make it this time and keep up my health. I am not returning to sugar, emotional eating, and refined carbs. Bingeing is no longer part of my life.

I am Done Being the Fat Girl. I am happy to be at goal ...

I LOVE to eat food that tastes good.
Learning when to stop is the key, though.
And portioning does help to transition.
Plus, eating slowly and savoring is key to success.
