Fall seven times. Stand up eight.

I'm a Minnesota girl, happily married, no kids (yet) and turning 30 this year. I'm working full time while my husband is in school. He was in the Army Infantry and fought in Iraq. He has a huge heart and wants to help fellow soldiers, so he is back in school to become an Army Chaplain. My job makes me crazy lately, so I need to remember why I'm doing this!

When I found SP, I was in the midst of a 3-year long weight gain (somehow hit me right after I got married!). Since joining the site, I've been able to stop gaining and start losing! I started P90X on Jan 2nd, which is something I never thought I'd do! I've lowered my triglycerides and impressed my doctor enough to be able to stay off medication :)

Each day brings me closer to my goal, and I can't wait to watch my dreams unfold!

Personal Information:
Happily married and working full-time. My husband is an ex-Army Infantryman who served in Iraq, and he is currently back in school to become an Army Chaplain. I'm determined to be the best I can be so that I'll be able to give him the love support he will need in the coming years!

Other Information:
I love "The Office," and "LOST." But more than watching TV, I love to read. I need to always have a good book close by. I am a huge fan of the library, but if I truly love a book, I have to buy my own copy for the bookcase :) I admit to having read the entire "Twilight" series, and I loved it. Those types of books are not my usual thing, but I had to see what all the hype was about. I was really shocked that I couldn't put them down!

I don't think it's under the bed... Hubby keeps dirty laundry on his side and I keep storage bins and a cat on my side... Not very motivating.

Yeah the pullups concern me - mainly because I don't know where I would set up the pullup bar. It seems like it would be unsafe if it's not bolted down.
