Drink 8-10 cups a day.

Exercise every morning.

Eating non GMO foods for breakfast and lunch.

Lactose, MSG, gluten intolerance.

Personal Information:
My name is Kara, I'm 44 and have 1 sassy cat and a husband. We had to put the white cat Desiree down on Jan. 1 2012.



Other Information:
I don't eat much processed food and it helps that my husband doesn't either.

Breakfast is coffee, oatmeal and my juice maker. Love that Omega. I also meditate every morning for "me" time.

I eat a lot of soup for lunch and make it myself. I like to know what I'm eating.

Dinner is Non GMO foods, organic whole foods and infused water with apple and cinnamon stick.
