My weight loss goal is to be at 160 for now
I count calories and do the plate method. The plate method just really makes sure that you are getting a veggie and a small salad and a good carb with some lean meat. You have 4 places to put food on your plate and you have to just to choose what you want. I plan to also do low carb weeks as well. with no sugar. I cannot have sugar because I have high blood sugar.
