I've been walking every morning on my treadmill. Sometimes during my lunch at work I will go outside and walk around the campus. All day I also wear my Nintendo Wii Personal Trainer Walking meter. This meter records date/time/steps and you can set your step goal higher as you meet it; tomorrow I begin working towards 8,000 steps. Walking on my treadmill helps with that.
I just noticed that in February I earned 500 Spark points. Well, in March I will have to do even better!! I love a challenge!
On my way into work this morning I smelled something that brought to mind a bologna sandwich...good grief! There were'nt any restaurants close by, so don't know where the smell originated. Now is that a craving or what, and why on earth a bologna sandwich!!! 2511 days ago
