Good morning Karen. Let give you some motivation to keep going this time.
One of the simple challenges is to 10 minute a day exercise challenges. It last 4 weeks but some of us have stayed to help new members get through the weeks without falling. Some of us have been doing it for year (Me for nearly three now).
One of the things I tell team new members it to make your exercise fun so that you will stick with it. Remember to ask for help as there is all ways someone around to help.
