Hi, my name is Karen and I'm a mother of a 22 year old and a 14 year old, own two dogs (a dalmation mix and a schnauzer mix), and a teacher of elementary special education.
I've just finshed the Bikini Fitness Bootcamp and lost 3 lbs plus 2 inches from my waist and 1 inch from my hips! Now I'm joining the Summer Bootcamp and hope to become an even bigger loser!
I'm currently weighing in at 198 and hope to drop at least 10 pounds by the end of this summer bootcamp, ...

I'm definately feeling stronger since I've joined the Sparks community a few weeks ago. I'm looking forward to getting more active and stronger in the next few weeks!
