My Goals:
To become a lean, strong, and healthy person who no longer sucks wind climbing 1 flight of stairs!
I am developing more self confidence and esteem everyday.
I want to be a positive influence to others and myself.
My Program:
Minimun 3o minutes cardio every day and 15-30 min strength training 3-4 days /week.
Making better food choices and portion control.
Other Information:
I like reading a variety of subjects.
I like sports like hockey, volleyball, gymnastics and softball.
I like learning about new places and things
And I love being with people who encourage me to be better and make me smile and laugh every day! ;)
