You're so right- the only way to know the calories for sure is to cook it yourself. Oh wait, and be honest about what you're putting in there... So, was that one teaspoon or one tablespoon of olive oil? Okay, getting out my measuring spoons.

Thanks for the add- I've added you back. Love the very punny Robert Smith and T-Rex pix, two things I have an affinity for (actually three, counting puns!). Congrats on getting started running. I don't have a lot of advice the other team-members didn't cover... but living in the South, it really is hard to make excuses to not run, especially when folks like VintagePage live in the Great White North!
