well 5 weeks in and I am doing ok! 9 pounds gone! My biggest success this month has been sticking with consistent exercise. Got my trophy for the january jumpstart Challenge. And am now doing the Bootcamp challenge. My exercise goal this month is to continue with my workout schedule{cardio 5 days 30 minutes} and 1 bootcamp video daily, but also to start challenging myself. I tend to play it safe and I need to start taking it out of my comfort zone
