I'm married and have one son. Our life revolves around ice hockey, even in the spring and summer. Which means a lot of sitting at ice arenas. I've lost my initial goal weight, but I think I'll keep going.

My Goals:
I'm stuck at a plateau. I need to bust that plateau and get back to losing weight!

My Program:
I'm on my third boot camp. Almost had to start it over since I was sick for a couple days. But I caught up. Really keeps me motivated to not miss a workout. Also I like having a few more calories to work with.

Personal Information:
As most of you probably figured out, my name is Kate. I'm from Waukesha in southeastern WI.

You can look at a mountain as a wild place of beauty to view or paint or photograph from a safe distance; or a wild place capable of destruction like Mount St. Helens. Or you can look at it as a wild challenge that you take on one step at a time. When you begin the challenge you'll have no idea how long it will take to get to the top, but you know you will with the support of your team.

At the Weekly Challenge(s) Team, we'll help you climb that mountain. You'll find us on the rocky slopes, the shady valleys, the wild flower meadows, the glacier lakes. New Challenges are starting every Sunday.

I'll be watching for your posts at the Weekly Challenge Team.

Hi, I just visited your page and I feel bad about my DL's wt. I'm over 10 pounds and I need to get one next year. Hopefully I don't have to lie about it.

Wish you the best!

Thanks for the comment Kate! Glad to know that I'm not alone on bad behavior!
